Behaviour with human factors play an important role in the overall happiness, prosperity and safety of a family or an organisation. Behavioral skills training is a psychological practice which allows authority figures to teach others (typically humans) skills such as child rearing, clothes washing, dog training, or even how to brush your teeth. There are four components of behavioral skills training (BST): modeling, instructions, rehearsal, and feedback.

"The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers. "Leadership is influence - nothing more, nothing less." "Leadership is a function of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among colleagues, and taking effective action to realize your own leadership potential." "the process of influencing the behavior of other people toward group goals in a way that fully respects their freedom."

4s Essentials for a successful job or a career path
    (1) Service skills (2) Sales Skills (3) Smart skills (4) Soft skills

There's nothing known as a low job or a top job. Right from the lowest level, the skillset demand for any of job is high. One needs to acquire the entire gamut of skillset along with a degree or diploma in his hand for a longstanding career or job.

A person who possesses the desired skillset, would never suffer from any qualification drawbacks, recommendation needs or recession time pink slips. ONE would remain as a "PROSPECT" any time, anywhere.

Service skills can be understood as Patience, communication skills, cross cultural awareness, listening skills, speech delivery, voice modulation etc., Sales skills would be one's Dynamism, Adaptability, Goal orientation, Success mantras, aggressive attitude and thinking style too.
Smart skills includes one's technical skills, logical, analytical, problem solving skills etc., Soft skills is a journey and continuous upgradation of one's behavioural, social and communication skills.
It's again depends on the profile of the profession one's essentials would change and determine.
